This training fulfills the need for the accredited food safety training reqired in LB 304, part of the Nebraska Pure Food Act. This course is specific to Nebraska's laws and may not reflect laws in other states or countries. This training has been endorsed by the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department, and the Douglas County (Nebraska) Health Department. Once completed, a participant can register with the Nebraska Department of Agriculture and is ready to become a Cottage Food Producer. Class is for ages 18+ and registation is required. Register HERE.
