Reader's Corner
Readers now have three new ways to learn about new books through the Bellevue Public Library. Join an online book club, sign up for one or more newsletters on your favorite type of book, or get some suggestions on what to read next. Follow the links below to sign up for one of these free services.
So many books, so little time. For all those busy people, the Bellevue Public Library has a
new service: an Online Book Club that delivers books electronically. Each day,
Monday through Friday, the library emails subscribers a portion of a book that
takes about 5-minutes to read. They're able to read two or three chapters from a
book during the week. If they like a book, they can check it out of the library.
Each week the library features new books. Click logo at left to get started.
How do you find a good book? Next Good Book gives the reader many options. You can browse subjects, best seller and award
lists, or look at books that are similar to one you've already read. There are also reader comments and reviews and a place to
create your own online bookshelf. Click the logo at left to get started.
Get news on books by your favorite authors or from your favorite categories by signing up for these newsletters. Newsletters
are offered for both fiction and nonfiction and for different age levels.
