Online Resources
Bellevue Public Library and NebraskAccess (Nebraska Library Commission) provide you with remote access to several online resources featuring full-text magazines, newspapers, library holdings and more. For some databases, a user ID and password are required; these can be obtained at the library.
Mango Languages -- Online language learning system. Choose between 22 foreign language courses and 14 ESL skill sets. Set up your own account to keep track of your progress or just click "start learning" to begin. You choose your language and level of instruction. Basic courses are a fast and easy way to learn polite conversation. Complete courses are more in-depth. (Requires full library barcode for remote access.)
Morningstar Investment Center -- Online investment database with information on more than 30,000 stocks, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds. (Requires full library barcode for remote access.)
LearnATest -- Online learning platform of practice tests and tutorial course series designed to help patrons, students, and adult learners succeed on the academic or licensing tests they must pass. You'll get immediate scoring, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of your results. If it is your first time using the database, select "New User" and create an account. (NOTE: Free access is available ONLY via the Bellevue Public Library Web page).

Remote access to the databases listed below is available via the Nebraska Library Commission's NebraskAccess site. You can log in using a NebraskAccess password (inquire at the Bellevue Public Library), a Nebraska driver's license number or Nebraska state identification number. eLibrary and WilsonWeb OmniFile are full-text resources.
