Bellevue Public Library and NebraskAccess (Nebraska Library Commission) provide you with remote access to several online resources featuring full-text magazines, newspapers, library holdings and more. For some databases, a user ID and password are required; these can be obtained at the library.
 
Bellevue Public Library Resources
LearnATest -- Online learning platform of practice tests and tutorial course series designed to help patrons, students, and adult learners succeed on the academic or licensing tests they must pass. You'll get immediate scoring, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of your results. If it is your first time using the database, select "New User" and create an account. (*NOTE: Free access is available ONLY via the Bellevue Public Library Web page).

NebraskAccess
Remote access to the following databases is available via the Nebraska Library Commission's NebraskAccess site. You can login using a NebraskAccess password (inquire at the Bellevue Public Library), a Nebraska driver's license number or Nebraska state identification number. Note: elibrary is ONLY accessible using the NebraskAccess password. (eLibrary and WilsonWeb OmniFile are full-text resources.)

Omaha World-Herald Index

Access to the Omaha World-Herald index (Proquest Newspapers) is available by coming at the Bellevue Public Library (in-library use only). This database provides searching capabilities with full-text articles going back to 1983.
