Senior Center:
The library maintains a small rotating collection of large print books and other materials at the Bellevue Senior Center. The Bellevue Senior Center is located at 111 W. 22nd Ave.
Homebound:
The library offers a monthly mail delivery service of books to patrons who are unable to drive or to
find other transportation. Patrons are asked to suggest types of books in which they are interested. Books are mailed to the patron's home with return postage provided at no charge. Please contact Julia Dinville, Adult Services Librarian, for more information at (402) 293-3157 or e-mail at
jdinville@bellevue.net.
Book Club Kits:
more . . .
Registered book clubs from the Bellevue area can check out kits from the library. These kits include 10 copies of a title, plus author information and discussion questions. To check out, a book club member must have a valid
club card with the
library. Please contact Julia Dinville, Adult Services Librarian, for more information at (402) 293-3157 or e-mail at
jdinville@bellevue.net.
Genealogy:
The Bellevue Public Library has materials in both its reference
and general collection to assist in genealogy research. The
interlibrary loan service can be used to obtain some materials that
are not available directly at the library.
Tax Services:
Between Jan. 2 and April 15 of each year, the library participates in the IRS Library program which provides our users with basic personal federal tax forms. Other IRS forms are available for photocopy. The library also distributes Nebraska personal income tax forms.
Library staff cannot assist the public in completing tax forms -- please see an accountant or ask about volunteer services scheduled during the tax season.
