Adult Programs and Services
The Bellevue Public Library Adult Services Department offers a range of services for area library patrons. These include reference information, adult activities, computer and database assistance, interlibrary loan and a variety of other services.
For more information, contact Beverly Lusey, Assistant Director/Reference
Librarian, at (402) 293-3157 or
bev.lusey@bellevue.net.
The library maintains a small rotating collection of large print books and other materials at the Bellevue Senior Center. The Bellevue Senior Center is located at 111 W. 22nd Ave.
The library in partnership with the Friends of the Bellevue Public Library offers a program for homebound patrons called Bellevue Public Library@Home. This program is geared toward adult patrons who are unable to come to the library because of a physical condition or who lack transportation. For more information about the program, click here.
The Bellevue Public Library has materials in both its reference and general collection to assist in genealogy research. The interlibrary loan service can be used to obtain some materials that are not available directly at the library.
Between Jan. 2 and April 15 of each year, the library participates in the IRS Library program which provides our users with basic personal federal tax forms. Other IRS forms are available for photocopy. The library also distributes Nebraska personal income tax forms.
Library staff cannot assist the public in completing tax forms -- please see an accountant or ask about volunteer services scheduled during the tax season.
